Top wind and time change with a plain outer case over a signed white enamel dial with black Roman hours and blued steel hands with subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o/c. American Waltham 15 jewel jewelled lever movement with split bi-metallic balance and overcoil hairspring and numbered 24185261.

Case Diameter - 49mm.

The Waltham watch company was founded by Aaron Lufkin Dennison in 1849 in Roxbury Massachusetts. In 1854 they moved to Waltham Massachusetts and the Waltham watch company was born.
