German WWII single push piece pocket stopwatch by Junghans in a nickel case. Crown operated wind and single push stopwatch function with signed white dial and black Arabic outer seconds register with 30 minute time recording subsidiary dial. Junghans calibre 29a movement with jewelled lever escapement and numbered 19748.

Junghans was founded by Erhard Junghans on the 15th April 1861 with his brother-in-law Jakob Zeller. By 1903, Junghans became the largest watch factory in the world and in 1856 it was the third largest chronometer manufacturer right behind Rolex and Omega.
